A World Beyond Me!
IHS students take part in another wholesome RoundSquare Conference to enhance their skills and performances.

The RoundSquare conference 2013, took place at Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls' School in Jaipur, Rajasthan between 17th November, 2013 to 21st November, 2013. A total of 96 delegates from different schools all over India took part in the conference, with IHS being the only school from Middle East. There were a total of 6 delegates, who took part in this conference from IHS.
On day one of the conference, the delegates had the Ice-Breaking session, in which they introduced themselves to their fellow delegates. On the second day, the delegates after an hour of yoga and meditation had at the inaugural ceremony.
Later, along with their escort teachers, they left for Jaigarh Fort, Nahagarh Fort, and then in the night they saw the famous and spectacular Light and Sound Show at Amer Fort.

On the third day, the delegates with their Baraza groups left for Andrea's Hockey village or Neerja Blue Pottery or Aryan textile or Mansagar Lake, where they were given real-life examples of people who do social service which was apt, according the theme of the conference: "The World Beyond Me". Andrea, a German hockey player who started a school in Garh Himmatsingh village said, "It's great! All the support. For me it's daily life, but to see such enthusiasm from others is wonderful."
On day 4, the delegates departed for Chulgiri for trekking and later to Jhalana for adventure activities. On the last day of the conference, the delegates of the Baraza groups had to do a mural painting, which they thought was the best was to depict the theme of the conference. Later that day, they had the valedictory session.
